About Tricia

Originally from Yorba Linda, California, Tricia and Brian Gray made the move to Middle Tennessee in 2021 in search of a slower pace of life, more space, and a better quality of living. Like many families relocating to Tennessee, they were drawn to the financial benefits of living in a state with no state income tax, but what truly captured their hearts was the lifestyle.

 

Brian dreamed of owning property where he wouldn’t “see the neighbors,” while Tricia wanted a beautiful home and a welcoming community. Thankfully, Tennessee offered the perfect balance of both. They quickly fell in love with the rolling countryside, scenic drives, changing seasons, and the genuine kindness of the people who call Tennessee home.

 

Tricia often says one of her favorite things about Tennessee is the weather, enjoying an afternoon rain shower followed by sunshine just minutes later. And while locals joke that “everything is at least 30 minutes away,” she doesn’t mind one bit. The winding country roads, horse farms, lakes, and beautiful scenery make every drive enjoyable.

 

As an Affiliate Broker with Luxury Homes of Tennessee, Tricia enjoys helping clients at every price point, from first-time buyers and families relocating from out of state to those searching for luxury homes, acreage, lake property, or peaceful country living.

 

In addition to her real estate experience, Tricia also has a passion for decorating and home remodeling. Her eye for design and ability to see a home’s potential have helped many clients envision what a property could become. Whether it’s simple cosmetic updates, paint colors, furniture placement, curb appeal ideas, or larger renovation possibilities, Tricia loves helping buyers see beyond what currently exists and imagine a space that truly feels like home.
